Rehabilitation for Analytical Fingerprint Laboratory Building

Managed this government-client project through its complete lifecycle, feasibility through construction and defects liability, leading the architectural design work and mentoring junior team members throughout. Collaborated with local craftsmen on the design of a feature wall using custom 3D tiles sourced from the client's own on-site ceramic workshop, and delivered client presentations explaining the building's hybrid system design. Resolved equipment delays and post-handover technical faults during the defects liability period.
