Residential interior design and hospitality conversion
Designed for Jubili as the brand expanded to other properties. This project demonstrated that a rented space can be transformed to reflect a brand's aesthetic and also be returned to its original state once the leasing period ends, an important proof of concept for the reversibility of smart design interventions.

The brief
The flat was leased. Guests wanted a more experiential stay, and the landlord still needed the space back in its original state when the lease ended.
What changed
Every finish and furniture move was planned to reverse. Paint, hardware, and freestanding pieces carried the look. Nothing that would leave a scar at handover.
What held
A rental that reads as a finished guest home while it earns, and can be returned as found.
