Participated in the Design and Build competition to propose a multi-use building for the pension fund. Carried out meetings with a team of professionals including, engineers and quantity surveyors to give a comprehensive competition entry with a cost estimate. The concept focused on form and distinctive facade treatment to demarcate the different functions of the mixed-use building.
